RALEIGH, NC April 2023 – T. A. Loving Company, of Goldsboro, NC is pleased to announce the acquisition of Pipeline Utilities, Inc. For over 40 years, Pipeline Utilities, Inc. has served public and private sector clients with a suite of underground infrastructure services and has a long history of collaboration with T. A. Loving Company.
