Paul Hunter

Senior Vice President

Paul Hunter is the Senior Vice President of  T. A. Loving Company. With 30 years at the firm, Paul is a true advocate for employee success. Paul is the leading conduit between T. A. Loving Company and Pipeline Utilities, Inc., he oversees Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS), Risk Management, T. A. Loving Equipment Services, and Civil Project Controls and Coordination.

Paul earned a degree in Construction Management from East Carolina University. He is an Eagle Scout and serves as an assistant scout master.

Paul currently serves on the board of National Utility Contractors Association (NUCA of the Carolinas) and served as its President in 2022.
