EXPERIENCE SUMMARY

As Chief Financial Officer and Secretary/Treasurer for T. A. Loving Company, Taylor is responsible for all financial and fiscal management aspects of company operations, including accounting and budgeting, risk management, financial analysis, business operations planning, strategic financial planning and information technology. In his role, he serves as a key member of the senior management team and helps to promote and ensure positive relationships with clients, vendors, subcontractors, shareholders, business partners, lending institutions and the financial community.

Taylor joined T. A. Loving Company in November 2018 after serving for three years as Chief Financial Officer for the Wolfpack Club (North Carolina State University Student Aid Association), overseeing the financial and fiscal management of athletic fundraising at North Carolina State University. Prior to that, he served for five years as the Assistant Vice Chancellor for Finance and Administration for University Advancement at North Carolina State University and as Associate Executive Director of the North Carolina State University Alumni Association. In these roles he provided senior fiscal leadership for all divisions of University Advancement, served as Secretary of the North Carolina State University Foundation, and as Chief Fiscal Officer and Assistant Treasurer of the Alumni Association.

Taylor is a 1983 graduate of North Carolina State University with a double major in Business Management and Economics, and earned his Master’s of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in finance from Campbell University in 1989.  A native of Goldsboro, North Carolina, he and his wife Sandy have two daughters, Morgan and Austin.

Taylor is dedicated to giving back to the community and serves as Vice Chair of the Wayne County Development Alliance.
