T. A. Loving Company is emerging into the life sciences and laboratory market. After decades of successful completion of laboratory and research projects within the higher education market, the firm is developing a portfolio which includes projects for other forward-thinking researchers  focused on food safety, pesticide regulation, fuel quality monitoring, weights and measures testing, and veterinary diagnostics. Our QC process for these projects require heavy integration between the Building Management Systems (BMS) and control/safety measures for each lab, especially for the labs with Biosafety Levels (BSL) ratings 2-3.

Our firm has successfully relocated 1,500 pieces of lab equipment and installed new equipment turnkey. This process included lab equipment and utility rough-in on  BIM models for preemptive clash detection and design coordination.
