Project Summary

T.A. Loving contracted with the Town of Carolina Beach to upgrade its aging infrastructure system and breathe new life into its streets. This project consisted of 44,386’ of various sizes of sewer, water and storm drain lines. The project also included the complete reconstruction of roads affected by the work, including widening and adding/rebuilding sidewalks. Due to the size of the project, T.A. Loving assigned a phasing schedule to each street so the public could be notified and easily travel around construction areas.
