Rockfish Creek WRF Aeration Improvements

Project Summary

T.A. Loving installed two owner-supplied, multi-stage blowers and all piping and appurtenances. The project scope also included the removal, rehabilitation and re-installation of four existing multistage blowers. T.A. Loving supplied and installed new air piping, supports, valves and instrumentation as required to improve the air delivery system to all 5 aeration basics. We also removed, disposed of and replaced the air diffusers in all 5 aeration basins. The new blower controls and aeration basin instrumentation were integrated into a new PLC-based control system; the existing SCADA system was upgraded to interface with the new control system. T.A. Loving provided all demolition and temporary facilities to allow the owner to maintain operations during construction, and provided and installed all new electrical conductor, conduit and devices for all facilities.
