T. A. Loving Company constructed Ting Stadium, a baseball stadium in Holly Springs, North Carolina. It is home to the Holly Springs Salamanders, a collegiate summer baseball team in the Coastal Plain League. Ting Park is Holly Springs’ premiere athletic complex hosting numerous athletic and community events each year. T. A. Loving Company is proud to have brought the 133,850 SF, 1,800-seat multi-sport artificial turf stadium into fruition. The project delivery method was Design-Bid-Build and T. A. Loving was the low bidder. However, our low bid was still over the Owner’s budget. Our preconstruction team provided extensive value engineering to bring it into budget and honor the designer’s intent. Since the completion of the project, the town’s citizen’s have enjoyed the enhanced quality of life the venue provides.  The park continues to draw crowds for various recreational uses and is definitely an economic engine for the town of Holly Springs.
