Project Summary

The outpatient facility is 57,000 sf and includes 2 operating rooms, outpatient surgery, trauma rooms, emergency department, PACU, exam rooms, CT scan, radiology and an MRI. The facility also houses offices, administration areas and medical records. The medical office building is a 3-story, 58,000 sf facility and provides office and administrative space as well as a new Linear Accelerator. The project also consisted of 7 tenant up-fits. Tenants included a Women’s Center, cardiology group, neurology group, oncologist and various other practices. Up-fits included lighting, electrical modifications, HVAC and other detailed interior finishes.
